As having used Mark in the past and already very satisfied with his professionalism. It was without a doubt that I knew my rims were in professional hands. Work done and advice has made the vehicle look ” more upmarket ”. Now my car looks newer and there is no embarrassment when I’m parking my car. A little goes a long way. Absolutely – mark is first on my list for future work that is required.

My overall experience with Smartmaster was excellent.
Their customer service is going above and beyond, staff are very informative, helpful and friendly.
It was easy to get a convenient appointment.
The work was completed within few hours and looked perfect.
Good value for money. In fact, the original quote was reduced due to a shorter time required to complete the job than initially anticipated.
I would definitely recommend Smartmaster as my appreciation of their honesty and professionalism.

Brilliant job repairing a dent at the front tip of the wing of the car. All done very quickly and to the highest standard and at a great price. Also did amazing work on paint on rear bumper which had cracked and crazed on the surface. Looks like new! Chatting to Mark you can see his passion for excellence, and the years of experience he has. Mark and Sinead are both super freindly and i now know where i need to go to for any body or wheel work, large or small! Highly recommended.

No need to HUNT down a reliable, trusted engineer any longer.
Requirement was met professionally and with a human touch.
To the top quality work done it was well priced.
As i at the time was given a quote upon request to re – coat all four rims.
Again well priced.

Smartmaster are absolutely amazing. I dented and scratched my car while in a multistorey car park 🙈 but out of 3 quotes these guys were the best value and quickest. The results are incredible. Thank you guys

Took my car to Smartmaster on the recommendation of my son in law to repair damage ’caused by a wall’ to the body work. There were some deep scratches and dents, which after Mark had worked his magic, were invisible! All work was completed within the day and I would thoroughly recommend him.

I discovered a very nasty gouge on my wife’s car. She really looks after her car and the mark was very unsightly. I rang Mark and although he was extremely busy he offered us a home visit. He completed a stunning job and there is no way you could imagine the bodywork had been worked on . I was so impressed with Marks work.
I then asked if he could work his magic on my car. He sorted the rear bumper , the rear offside panel and made some bonnet chips disappear. My car is 7 years old but after Mark had completed his job it looks so so good.
Mark is without doubt on top of his game and what makes the customer experience spot on is his partner ensures great Comms.

His a true craftsman’s in his trade and lovley guy. I have an old classic car that had micro blistering and needed sorting and I trusted mark to put it all right for me.

Had some cosmetic damage to my car from a local supermarket carpark; searched online for bodywork paint repair here on Google maps and came across this profile.
Used the online messaging function, had a quick response from Mark over whatsapp (was a weekend also). Sent over a few photos and details of the car (make, model, colour & location) for an instant quote.
Not only was Mark by far the quickest response he was also the most reasonably priced and judging by the feedback here was also giving a great service so was happy to give him my business. I had to wait a little while for the next available appointment date; he seems to be in high demand.

Mark did a great job repairing damage to the rear of my partner’s car after someone had scratched the rear corner across two panels.
The quality of the repair was very good and the car has been left looking great.

Mark did an excellent job repairing damage to my car door. Filling , re-spraying and blending the paint work seamlessly.
He was the first to respond with a quote and best priced. He had several hurdles to overcome rectifying old repair work from another garage in the process, but did so effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining close attention to detail throughout.
The biggest compliment I can give is you can’t tell any work has been carried out on the car. I Would definitely recommend and use Smartmaster mobile repairs again.

Mark repaired my car and the service he provided was faultless from start to finish. The result was perfect and even repaired a wing mirror which was not part of the work agreed. Hopefully I don’t dent my partners car again but if I do, I will be on the phone to Mark.

Excellent experience, excellent work excellent value.
I had some body work done and my wheels refurbed. The wheels look like brand new and the body work, you’de never know there was a scratch in the first place.
Mark’s communication was spot on throughout and he completed the work in the time he had said he would. I would 100% recommend to anyone in fact I already have to a friend who wants his alloy’s refurbed. Top work Mark 👌🏻 Thank you.

I used Smartmaster Bodywork for repairs on 2 vehicles, my BMW and my husbands London Black Taxi. From the first contact Mark’s communication was fantastic. He was prompt to reply to all my questions, transparent with different options to repair the bodywork damage on the vehicles, his pricing was competitive, but above all his work and attention to details was outstanding. I would highly recommend Smartmaster Bodyworks service to all of my friends, family and anyone in my local community that is in need of this sort of service.

Found this company on facebook group looking for reccomendations.
Asked to Fix rusted seal and dent in back due to it being hit by a trolley And Resprayed.
Would never know it was repaired.

Took my car to Mark, who did such an amazing job in making good some nasty scratches on my front arch and bumper. Could not see where the original damage was and I now have back my “fairy dust” car again.
